Warranty Coverage for Inflatable Swimming Pools and Accessories

The Perfect Pool Company provides a comprehensive warranty covering all critical manufacturing defects, including general workmanship, seam failures, and material failure due to manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to our range of inflatable swimming pools and related accessories, including pool and drop stitch material, pool pump and filter, pool cover, and pool cleaning equipment such as telescopic poles, brushes, and leaf scoops.



Warranty Terms- Residential Use

Term: 1 year from the date of purchase.

For products under an approved warranty claim, The Perfect Pool Company may repair or replace the product, in part or entirely, at its sole discretion. Products in use for more than 1 years but less than 2 years may also be pro-rated based on condition and use for credit at the sole discretion of The Perfect Pool Company.

For consumers covered by specific protection laws and/or regulations in the country of purchase or residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such laws and regulations.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

- Normal wear and tear

- Freight damage (freight claim must be filed to cover shipping damage)

- Damage while in storage (freeze or other damage)

- Repairable cuts, punctures, or tears due to external forces

- Damage caused by sharp objects when opening boxed product

- Damage caused by dragging product

- Damage caused by exceeding the maximum weight and/or user capacity

- UV damage without proper treatment (material breakdown, fading)

- Damage or failure due to over-inflation including thermal over-inflation from sun exposure

- Vandalism or intended damage

- Product failure due to force majeure, acts of God, or inclement weather

- Improper maintenance and/or cleaning

- Damage caused by animals or plants and or tree limbs/ roots

- Damage caused by chemicals or poor water quality

-Damage from objects under the pool floor that puncture the liner

- Damage to pool equipment and connections from improper installation

- Damage from any decks or external structures built to or close to the pool

- An attempt to repair any part of the pool or equipment without notifying the manufacturer (24-48 hours may be required for a response)

- Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines

- Damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the product

- Any alterations or modifications made to the product without the manufacturer’s consent

- Use of non-recommended accessories or equipment

- Damage resulting from improper storage conditions (e.g., excessive heat, humidity, or direct sunlight)

 

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of Purchase:

   - Dated proof of purchase or original invoice for the original owner. Non-transferable.

  1. Product Identification:

   - High-resolution photo and video (10 seconds max) showing the serial number.

  1. Product Condition:

   - High-resolution photo and video (10 seconds max) showing the entire product.

  1. Defective Portion:

   - High-resolution photos and video (10 seconds max) of the defective portion of the product. If leaking, show the leak with and without soapy water.

  1. Product Care Summary:

   - Provide a summary of the care taken for the product, including a back story with a timeline.

 

Return Shipping Requirements:

  1. Picture of Shipping Example:

   - Provide a picture of how the product will be shipped.

  1. Preparation for Shipping:

   - Ensure the product is dry and clean.

   - Pay for shipping to us.

   - Fold the product in thirds and then fold again.

   - Shrink-wrap the product.

   - Pack the product in its carry bag.

  1. Return Shipping:

   - We will pay for shipping back to the customer.

Ensure you enter clear and complete information, including your contact details. Once a claim is submitted, our team will make every effort to address it promptly.

Response Time:

We aim to respond to all warranty claims as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
