Warranty Information

Perfect Pools, Inc. provides a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when products are used under normal residential conditions. This warranty applies to Perfect Pools residential models 16 ft, 20 ft, and 24 ft, along with eligible accessories.
This Limited Warranty complies with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable state consumer protection laws.
Warranty Coverage
Pool Body: Vinyl, Seams, Construction
• 3 year Limited Warranty
• Year 1 = 100 percent coverage
• Year 2 = 60 percent coverage
• Year 3 = 30 percent coverage
Pump and Filter System
• 1 year Limited Warranty
• Covers manufacturing defects only
Accessories: Ladder & Pool Cover
• 1 year Limited Warranty
• Normal wear and tear is excluded
Replacement Parts
• Any repaired or replaced component is covered for the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Commercial Use Exclusion
This warranty does not apply to products used for commercial, rental, or demonstration purposes unless authorized in writing by Perfect Pools.
Eligibility Requirements
Warranty coverage applies only if the product is installed, maintained, and used according to the manufacturer instructions and all chemical and safety requirements.
To remain eligible, customers must:
• Maintain balanced water chemistry at all times:
pH 7.2 to 7.6
Free Chlorine 1 to 3 ppm
Total Alkalinity 80 to 120 ppm
• Use only manufacturer approved chemicals.
• Operate the pump at least 8 hours per day during swim season.
During off-season or winterization, pump/filter equipment, hoses, fittings, ladder, pool cover, and removable accessories must be drained, cleaned, dried, and stored or protected from freezing. The pool body may remain installed when properly winterized according to the Owner’s Manual.
• Notify Perfect Pools of any defect in writing within 10 business days of discovering the issue.
• Maintain a complete 30 day chemical log and provide it during any warranty review.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of coverage.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic fading
• Improper installation, dragging, punctures, cuts, or abrasion
• Chemical misuse or use of unapproved chemicals
• Weather events, pets, wildlife, vandalism, or acts of God
• Freeze damage, mold, or improper storage
• UV degradation due to improper maintenance
• Neglect or failure to follow setup or maintenance requirements
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Use in commercial, rental, or non residential settings
Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must complete all required steps:

Provide Proof of Purchase
Upload a photo or scan of the original dated sales receipt. -
Provide Identification Number
Upload a photo of the serial or identification plate. -
Provide Visual Evidence
Required:
• One photo of the entire pool setup
• Close up photos of the defect
• A short 10-30 second video showing the issue in real time

Provide Maintenance Summary
Include written details of your water care routine and chemicals used in the 30 days before the issue. -
No Unauthorized Repairs
Do not patch, modify, or repair before approval. -
Return Authorization
If required, ship the product prepaid with the issued RMA. Perfect Pools may inspect all items before replacement or credit. -
Resolution
Approved claims will be repaired or replaced according to the proration schedule. -
Shipping Costs
• Year 1: Perfect Pools covers shipping both ways
• After Year 1: Customer pays shipping unless authorized otherwise

Processing Time
Typical review is 7 to 10 business days once all documentation is received.
Legal Terms and Limitations
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Warranty period begins on the purchase date and does not reset after a replacement.
• Perfect Pools is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including labor, water loss, or property damage.
• Coverage is void if inspection shows unapproved chemicals, unbalanced water, or neglect.
• All disputes are governed by Michigan law.
Arbitration Rights
(Consumer Arbitration Rules, AAA)
• Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in Macomb County, Michigan.
• Customers may opt out in writing within 30 days of purchase.
Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your state, including limitations on implied warranties and damage exclusions.
