Refund policy

Perfect Pool Return and Refund Policy

(Compliant with Owner’s Manual Rev 1.0)

Perfect Pool, Inc. accepts returns only under the conditions listed below. These terms are part of the official Warranty and Returns Policy and apply to all residential pool systems and accessories.

Return Eligibility

• Only unopened items in an undamaged box may be returned.
• Items must be in original packaging with no signs of opening, tampering, or use.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

Restocking Fee

• All approved returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

Required Authorization

• You must contact Perfect Pool, Inc.Customer Support to obtain Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.

Refund Processing

• Once the return is received and verified to meet eligibility requirements, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Inspection and processing typically take 7 to 10 business days after the product is received.
